We are looking for someone to join our team immediately on a full time basis with the option to work some time remotely.   What will your job duties involve? • Work closely with a Marketing Manager and Digital Co-ordinator on all aspects of campaigns • Take artwork through from brief to conceptualization to final files • Use available data to inform design decisions • Innovate existing brands and create new brands based on analytical research • Help manage and upkeep all design assets • Support the wider Digital, Design and Marketing teams with time-critical tasks as they arise • Play an active role in helping to facilitate skill-sharing and training within the Design team • Report, analyse and improve across design outputs with an eye on building brand equity   Why work for Australian Venue Co? • Fast paced and supportive environment • Exposure to a wealth of industry and marketing knowledge • Venue discounts • Clear development opportunities • 180 venues and growing   What skills and experience are we looking for? • Digital & social media assets with an emphasis on animation/video • Some understanding of EDM design • Print-ready collateral including posters, menus, flyers and more • Understanding of branding and style guides • You will be sharp, willing to learn and enthusiastic • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Great attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Quick turnaround of design material  • Passion for the hospitality industry, work experience a bonus   Core design software you have used: • InDesign • Illustrator • Photoshop • After Effects (preferred but not essential, training provided)   We are a dynamic company with a friendly, relaxed culture.
