The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue, and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. The successful candidate must have a strong compliance focus, along with a passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality.

Essential requirements:
Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
Extensive restaurant & bar experienced
Ability to training and development staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
Current RSA
Desire to expand your skillset under the Venue Manager
Strong financial skills
