Skills & Experience Required But Not Limited To All : 

• Substantial relevant experience in the repair and maintenance of various Automotive (cars,4x4wds, Trucks, trailers). Marine outboard inboards the ability to diagnose and rectify mechanical faults. 
• Ability to implement and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program by following service schedule checklists. 
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and occasionally lead and supervise employees to meet organisational objectives. 
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with an organised approach to improving workplace practices and procedures. 
• Effective oral and written communication skills plus basic level computer and keyboard skills. As the Trade Qualified Mechanic, your role will involve but is not be limited to: 
• One or more of the following licenses or tickets: motor vehicle licence, medium or heavy truck, forklift, boat. Also, it would be beneficial to have a current roadworthy inspector or air conditioning ticket. 
• Read and carry out service scheduled checklists. 
• Welding and oxy skills. 
• Maintaining inventories by replenishing the stock supply, and cleaning & servicing workshop equipment. 
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, by following C.J.S Mechanical/Marine & Mobile Services policies and procedures. 
• Maintain extremely high standards whilst working under pressure. 
• Working effectively in a team and building relationships with both clients and other employees.
