Positions Available:
Two Full-time Head Chefs - Experience in a similar role. KPI bonus system. 4 day a week job share.
Chefs and Cooks: Assisting head chef in sections. Previous experience in high turnover venues.
Kitchen Assistants: Working with flatbread dough, food preparation, plating, assisting the chef, washing up, and cleaning, all welcome to apply.
Concierge: Heart of the venue and central point of contact for all staff, guests and community. Strong multi-tasker, excellent communication skills, computer literate, RSA required, customer service experience, loves people.
Cocktail Mixologists: This is a fun and busy bar where workflow processes are prioritised. Full time and casual. RSA required.
Front-of-House Supervisors: Floor & Bar. RSA required. Strong workflow management skills. Similar previous experience. Full time and casual.
Front of House Waitstaff: Juniors 16 - 19 years old and Seniors 20 - all ages (must hold a current RSA over 18). All welcome to apply. Casual.
