Job Title: Commercial Construction Trade Qualified/Skilled Labourer

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team.

We are currently hiring trade-qualified professionals, trade assistants, and skilled labourers to join our team for an upcoming commercial construction project in Oak Park, Victoria. The successful candidates will work under the guidance of our experienced construction manager and closely with our very experienced site manager to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks on the construction site, including but not limited to:
• Carrying out general labouring duties such as site clean-up, material handling, and tool maintenance.
• Assisting tradespeople with the installation, assembly, and construction of structural components.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work closely with the site manager to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and targets.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification in relevant construction trades (for trade-qualified positions).
• Previous experience in commercial construction or a related field preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
• Valid construction induction card (White Card) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Own transport preferred.
