Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
What will you bring to the table?
With proven experience in a commercial kitchen
Ability to run a section without direct supervision – for CDP’s
Deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting
Be able to multitask a variety of tasks
Have initiative in the kitchen
Ability to take direction well from Head Chef and Sous Chef
Ability to prepare a wide range of foods
