C&J Garden & Landscape Services is a well established Home and Garden Maintenance services company. We provide high quality gardening services to many happy and loyal customers all over Melbourne. We are seeking Landscape Gardeners/Labourers to assist with regular garden maintenance and soft Landscape jobs. You will undertake a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: mowing, whipper snipping, edging, hedge trimming, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, pruning, yard cleans, weeding (spray and by hand), garden bed installs, planting, turf installations (natural and synthetic), irrigation systems, retaining walls and block work.

The ideal candidate:

You will undertake a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: mowing, whipper snipping, edging, hedge trimming, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, pruning, yard cleans, weeding (spray and by hand), garden bed installs, planting, turf installations (natural and synthetic), irrigation systems, retaining walls and block work.

• 1 year experience in a Gardening / Landscape Labouring or related Trade role. If you are looking for a head start in the industry, have basic skills and are willing to learn then we will train you.
• Friendly, professional and customer focused.
• Proficient in the use of various garden equipment or willing to learn.
• Positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to expand knowledge in different aspects of Gardening / Landscape Services.
• Fit, active and loves to work outdoors.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Takes pride in their work and treat the customer's home and garden respectfully.
• White Card (or willing to obtain after commencement).
• Police Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement). (mandatory)
• Working with Children Check (an advantage).
• Driver’s Licence. (If you don't have one, please still get in touch and if you are the right person for the role then we will work it out with you)
• Evidence of third vaccination status or medical exemption as required to provide service to our clients in the Community Services industry.
