Sales and Admin Assistant
Job Description
This is a remote position, but occasional on-site property styling may be required to assist our team when the business is understaffed. This position is commission-based and requires a high level of professionalism in email writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cold call potential clients.
Requirements: Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFunny, bubbly personality with a high focus on sales and closing dealsAble to work independently and remotely, while also communicating with the manager on a daily basisExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to occasionally assist with on-site property styling when neededMust be reliable and willing to work flexible hours as neededThis is a commission-based position with the potential for high earnings. Responsibilities:
> Generate leads and prospect for new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
> Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential clients in a timely manner
> Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
> Manage client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing proposals
> Occasionally assist with on-site property styling when the business is understaffed
