Venue Sign Up Manager role and customer relationship focus. Managing relationships and developing opportunities with hospitality customers with a high level of personal commitment and focus on being results orientated. Achieving mutually agreed on KPIs in business development and customer relationship building.
Utilise new relationships to sell and onboard the company’s products to bars, cafes, leagues clubs and restaurants. Establishing business relationships with customers while continually seeking new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. Prepare a detailed Business Plan for your proposed plan of action and implementation for the next 3 (three) months.
Complete in-person meetings as outlined in the provided call list within a region.
Generating true and meaningful sales funnels, new sales channels and reporting functions for target delivery and sales outcomes.
Provide training, product knowledge and industry news to clients as part of relationship development. Identify, troubleshoot, solve and impart knowledge regarding product performance issues.
Report each sales meeting using the tools provided. Report activities to the Sales manager.
